Top Diversity, Equity & Conflict Management in Streetsboro
The reason this business was started was to give underserved and marginalized groups a voice in organizations and make those groups more productive as a result. I was previously involved in deep south school desegregation efforts, led an awareness campaign on the exploitation of women and children in Honduras and El Salvador, was an adjunct professor teaching diversity courses, the previous director of racial and ethnic ministry for the East Ohio Conference of the United Methodist Church, conducted conflict and group dynamics workshops for Strengthening the Black Church for the Twenty-First Century, and was a former high school teacher and principal. I develop and facilitate workshops on diversity, equity, and inclusion; conflict management, conflict resolution, and conflict transformation; and workshops related to group dynamics.
